This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. We collect, use, and disclose Your information as described in this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law, only where We have a valid legal basis to do so, including Your consent (where consent is required). This Privacy Policy has been created with the help of the Privacy Policy Generator.
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
When You create or edit an Account, We process Your email address, display name, biography, and any profile picture You choose to upload. We also process Your Account identifier and the works You save, publish, or report through the Service. If You use Sign in with Apple, the Application receives an Apple-provided user identifier and creates an Account using an alias email address. The identifier and generated Account credentials are stored in Your device's Keychain for subsequent sign-in.
When the Application contacts Our hosted services, the provider may process connection information such as an IP address and request time for service operation and security. The Application does not obtain a device hardware identifier for analytics. The Apple-provided sign-in identifier described above is used only for Account access on Your device.
The Application requests camera access to display and process a live preview and take photos. It uses the system photo picker when You select a profile picture and requests add-only Photos access only when You choose to save a captured photo to Your device's photo library. The Application does not request location access for these features.
Live camera frames are processed on Your device and are not uploaded. A captured photo remains on Your device unless You choose Save to Photos or, while signed in, choose Publish. Save to Photos writes the processed photo to Your device's photo library. Publish uploads the processed photo, selected beauty level, filter and ratio, available camera parameters, and Your public profile details to Supabase so the work can be displayed to other users. A profile picture is uploaded only when You select it and save Your profile; it is stored in Our public profile-picture storage and may be visible to other users. Photos may depict faces, but the Application does not use them to extract biometric face information.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.
The Application does not collect biometric face data, identify faces, or create face templates. Its Beauty control applies noise reduction and color adjustments to the entire camera frame using on-device system image filters. It does not detect facial landmarks, extract facial geometry, or generate a face embedding. Filters and aspect-ratio cropping are also applied within the camera feature on Your device.
Live camera frames and any information about faces within them are not sent to Our servers, an AI service, or other third parties. No extracted face data is stored or retained; its retention period is zero. A processed photo saved to Your device's photo library may contain a face and remains there until You remove it using Your device's Photos controls. If You choose Publish, or choose a face-containing picture as Your public profile picture, that image is uploaded and may be publicly visible as content, but it is not analyzed to identify a person or create biometric data.
The capture assistant does not analyze camera frames or faces. It downloads a catalog of prewritten replies and matches the messages You enter on Your device. Your messages are kept in the current in-app conversation and are not uploaded by the assistant.

Data is disclosed in the following situations:
Supabase stores Account authentication data, profile fields, saved and published works, reports, and public community content in hosted services. A profile picture You choose to upload is stored in the public usericon Storage bucket. A captured photo You choose to publish is stored in the public Cover Storage bucket under an Account-specific path. Public profile pictures and published work images can be accessed through public URLs and viewed by other users.
On Your device, generated Apple Account credentials and the Apple-provided sign-in identifier are kept in the iOS Keychain. A copy of Your profile and community work data may be cached in app storage. Completed virtual gift transaction identifiers, product IDs, prices, and dates are recorded in app storage. Live camera frames, extracted face data, and assistant messages are not stored in the hosted database. A captured photo is sent to Supabase only when You choose Publish.
We retain different categories of information according to where they are stored and how they are used. We do not retain extracted face data or face templates at all.
Hosted service connection logs and backups are subject to the provider's configured retention and any applicable legal requirements. We do not use them to store camera frames or extracted face data. Contact Us for information about the retention of a specific hosted record.
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, We will ensure that international transfers of Your Personal Data are subject to appropriate safeguards and, where relevant, supplementary measures. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of Your data and other personal information.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
You can edit Your profile picture, display name, and biography in the Application. When signed in, You can request Account deletion through Settings > Delete Account. This flow removes the authentication user and associated Account data handled by the deletion service, clears the local cached profile, and removes associated generated Apple sign-in credentials. You can delete photos saved to Your iOS photo library using Photos. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of a published image or other hosted Personal Data, contact Us using the email below.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

The Service is not directed to, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under the age of 16.
If You are a parent or guardian and You believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Information, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16, We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers as soon as reasonably possible.
Some countries and states set a higher age at which an individual can consent to the processing of their own Personal Information. Where We rely on consent as a legal basis and the law applicable to a User sets an age higher than 16, We may require the consent of that User's parent or guardian before We collect and use their Personal Information.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
